Lafayette Fire Company is holding its 3rd Annual Fasnacht for Fassnachts Event to help you celebrate Fasnacht Day and to help us remember one of our greatest community servants, Jan Fassnacht. Preorder 1 dozen or more fasnachts (A mix of powdered sugar and glazed supplied via Bird-in-Hand Bakery). Please Preorder by February 21st – we will have a limited amount of fasnachts available for day of sale during our pick-up times.

Jan Fassnacht was not only an amazing volunteer with our fire company, but also served with local EMS agencies and with the East Lampeter Township Police Department. His legacy lives on in our Fire Company and our community through his wife, Coral, an associate member of Lafayette and his two sons, Alec & Brett, who serve as firefighters as well as his niece & associate member, Kari. Help us remember the life of a great community servant and consider following his lead and joining our team.

All proceeds benefit the Lafayette Fire Company and our Cancer Prevention Initiatives. In our first 2 years, we have made a donation of nearly $1,000 to the American Cancer Society through the ELT Pavement Pounder Relay for Life team. This year, we also plan to donate in memory of our late neighbor & retired ELT PD Lt. Robin Weaver.
