It looks like everything goes dormant in winter, but just beneath the icy surface of our stream, a whole community is hard at work. Come to Climbers Run to explore the amazing aquatic insect life of our wintertime streams. No worries on getting wet though! We will go to the stream and look at the habitats there from the bank. Conservancy staff will collect samples we will take back into the warmth of the barn to identify and marvel at all the life we find!
