First Day of Spring at Bird-in-Hand Bakery

Join us on Monday, March 21, as we celebrate the first full day of spring at our Bird-in-Hand Bakery & Cafe. Be sure to stop by for the festivities, which include a live performance by popular entertainer Steven Courtney from 2–5 p.m., along with $1 scoops of our artisan ice cream all day long.

And don’t miss the debut of our new Banana Split flavor—made with fresh banana puree, swirled with small pieces of pineapple, chunky strawberry puree, chocolate fudge and fresh roasted peanuts. Mmmm!

We’ll also hold a silent auction to benefit Conestoga Valley Christian Community Services, which provides food, clothing and mentoring for the homeless, vulnerable and socially isolated in our area. So come on out, eat some ice cream, enjoy some music and place your bids for a worthy cause!
