Love books? Love Yoga? Let’s combine the two and spend some time breathing, meditating, and stretching together amongst the books. A gentle yoga flow for all abilities.
Welcome in the new month with friends and fellow bookworms in a private and welcoming setting. After we finish, yogis will have 30 minutes of private shopping time. Tea will be served as well.
$20 per person.
All Bodies and Abilities welcomed and celebrated.
Chairs will be available for those that wish to practice seated. Bring your own mat, blocks, straps, pillows etc.
