The 3rd Annual Off The Reel Film Fest is one of the most diverse International Shorts Festivals in Pennsylvania, striving to make a lasting impact on the cultural landscape. This one-day event showcases 15+ short films and features this year’s theme, CHANGE THE GAME, inviting filmmakers and audiences to blend genres, break boundaries, and embrace the transformative power of storytelling.
