Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Did you know that fresh water sources are home to thousands of different plant and animal species? Union County Conservation District, Merrill Linn Land Conservancy, and National Geographic educators will lead children in learning and exploring stream ecosystems and the many aquatic organisms that live within them. This program is an interactive outdoor learning adventure, so children should dress accordingly for exploring water and getting wet (rain boots suggested). Program is recommended for children ages 6 and up. Drop off is available. To participate in drop off, kindergarten completion is required. Program held at Buffalo Creek in Mifflinburg. This event is $12 per child (non-member); $10 per child (member). Registration required.
