Summer Solstice Soiree Dinner

Discover our newest experience…an evening of outdoor dining, music and friends in the Village. This special summer evening takes place under the twinkling lights of the Village as you dine on a bountiful summer menu carefully prepared by our chef and foodservice director TJ Quinn. Invite a few friends and celebrate the beginning of Summer.

Enjoy live entertainment all evening long and visit the Waltz Wine Bar where you can purchase wine by the bottle or glass and locally crafted beer. Dress for comfort and style as you experience dining outdoors in the Village.

• 6:00pm-6:30pm: Check-in and enjoy butlered hors d’oeuvres and signature mocktails at the stage area featuring:
-Shrimp tacos
-Chicken salad tarts
-Tempura asparagus

• 6:30pm-8:00pm: Find your table and serve yourself at the many delicious food stations featuring a seasonal summer menu including:
-Pepper Jam glazed smoked pork tenderloin with a jalapeno, mushroom, cheddar and cornbread “ragout”
-Grilled swordfish with jasmine rice and asparagus, topped with fennel and orange slaw
-Ratatouille
-Horseradish stuffed redskin potaoes topped with bacon lardon
-Harvest salad with spinach, romaine, basil, strawberries, roasted asparagus, candied pecans, feta cheese, topped with Kitchen Kettle Balsamic Dressing
-Fresh fruit and berries
-Strawberry shortcake for dessert
-Beverages including: water, lemonade, unsweetened ice tea, coffee
