Live from the Red Rose is an evening showcase of live art, music, dance, and poetry hosted in the heart of downtown Lancaster from local talent and more. It intersects creativity and community in celebration of the city, its people, and all that passes through.
Art: Lancaster Summer Arts Festival – Expanded Visions Juried Photography Exhibit

Expanded Visions is a juried exhibition that embraces all forms of photography from the traditional darkroom to the digital image. The exhibition will present works by the region’s most talented photographers.

Brandon Malone: DJ’s Sampling & MC’s Rambling
As a fine artist and fan of the graphic novel, Malone has spent most of his life focusing on portraits, action, and emotions using sculpture, life drawing, and pen and ink. He focused his design education on illustration and honed a new appreciation for composition and light as he ventures into photography. This exhibit illuminates his keen eye and timing through street portraiture, musicians, and skateboarders.
Gracie Berry: Shadowkeepers & Roothealers “The Original OG’s”
Berry explores themes of Black-Afrikan cultural diaspora, generational healing, spirituality, and identity. Her work attempts to renegotiate narratives and recontextualize experiences of Black and Brown bodies, communities, and spaces. She uses up-cycled materials as inspiration for projects. Shadowkeepers & Roothealers “The Original OG’s” is a homage and Afro-futurist altar to Obatala, Olokun and Orunmila, three of the eldest Orisha Gods from the Yoruba religion in West Afrika, included are ancestors that have radically nourished, transformed and sustained the lives of those in the Afrikan Diaspora throughout the world. www.girlrillavintage.com
