West Art Welcomes: Comedy in The Sanctuary! Zak Toscani w/ Ernest Improv & Kyle Neff
Who’s ready for some comedy gold? Our pal Zak Toscani, LA-based writer and comedian, is coming through again for a fantastic evening of comedy! If you caught him here last summer, you know you shouldn’t miss this. And if you missed him last summer…here’s your second chance! He’ll be joined by Lancasters own hilarious improv squad, Ernest , and comedian Kyle Neff. Grab a friend, snag some tickets, and come hang with us for some laughs. It’s going to be a great night in The Sanctuary- and we’ve got a spot for you!
What to expect at the show: Doors will open at 6:30. The show will start at 7. Tickets are $15 in advance, and $20 at the door if not sold out. This show is recommended for ages 16+, and as always w’ve got discounted tickets available for students. We will have beer from Our Town Brewery for sale, along with a few non-alcoholic options. This is not BYOB. Parking may be available in the small lot across the street. Beyond that, there’s parking available around Buchanan Park and F&M College in the blocks surrounding West Art. Seating: This will be a seated show. It’s on the second floor of the building, so there are steps involved, but we do have an elevator available by request. Our space is ADA accessible, and we will do our best to accommodate any specific needs. Please note that all ticket sales are final. Thank you for supporting great local things! Buy tickets HERE!
BIO: Zak Toscani is a stand-up comedian and writer living in Los Angeles. Zak has performed at The Bumbershoot Music & Arts Festival, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, and High Plains Comedy Festival. With a focus on originality and vulnerability, Zak’s comedy has been highlighted by the AV Club, Buzzfeed, and The Portland Mercury. He is also the most reoccurring guest on the hit comedy podcast All Fantasy Everything. Zak’s work has been featured by the Washington Post, BBC, Newsweek, and Vice.
Ernest is an improv duo comprised of Tom Kelley and Melissa Widhson. Both are broadly experienced in the performing arts, and they work together to create characters, relationships and worlds in an instant. Think of a play being written, rehearsed and performed all at once. It’s comedy. It’s theatre. It’s entirely made-up in front of an audience. Magic!
