It can’t get any easier than this!
Ingredients
- 2 [6 oz.] packages of Butterscotch Bits
- 2 cups Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 cup Spanish Peanuts
Directions
Melt the butterscotch bits over medium heat. Stir in noodles and peanuts. Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto waxed paper. Allow to sit until the cookies harden.
