Ingredients
Shell
- 1-1/8 cups Flour
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted Butter
- 3/4 cup chopped Pecans
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees. Mix shell ingredients and form the dough into balls. Place the balls into mini-muffin tins and press around sides to form cups. Mix the filling ingredients and add to the shells; bake for 20 minutes.
