Ingredients

Dough

  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Cream of Tartar

Cinnamon Mixture

  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar

Directions

Set oven to 350 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar together.

Add the eggs and then the rest of the ingredients.

Roll dough into small balls.

Combine the cinnamon and sugar to create the cinnamon mixture.

Roll the balls in the cinnamon mixture to coat.

Bake for about 10 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
